About the room
This property is located at 719 Sevilla Park place which is a 7 minute drive and about a 15 to 25 minute bus ride away from western. The house is on contract for rental from now till the end of April 2026. It will most likely be extended for more years if it is agreed upon that we stay.
About the roomies
There are currently two people renting the house and the basement (with separate entrance) is rented to another group. Both of the people living in the rental are second-year Western University students and we are looking for another student as a roommate.
