This is an advert for a roommate to occupy a fully furnished private bedroom near Bloor/Yonge intersection. It is located 2 min walking distance from Sherbourne TTC Station and 7 min walking distance from Bloor/Yonge TTC station.

Available Sept 1st 2025 or later.

The bedroom comes fully furnished with a queen sized bed with study table with chair, relaxation lounge-type sofa and ample closet space.

There is one shared washroom and shared kitchen in the apartment which would be shared with only one other individual so 2 max individuals in the apartment.

The building serves as nerve-center for surrounding neighborhood as our building as a large No Frills Grocery story, pharmacy, nail saloon, hair saloon, 24/7 McDonalds, Japanese restaurant and Indian restaurant and various other stores that recently opened in the buildings mall.

There is a 24/7 card operated laundry facility in the building as well as a small gym (however i can make a personal recommendation for good more spacious gyms in our area). There is also a pool at top of the building.

**Parking is available in the building but it is not operated by the building as an external agency operates it and thus not included in the rent amount. I have been told the rates for parking in our building are amongst the lowest in the city though!

** Rent is $1295 and utilities would be divided by 2.

I would be the only other person in the apartment and there would be 2 of us max. I am friendly, chilled out and a global citizen having lived in different countries my entire life!
