clean quiet furnished non smoking working student polite decent people live with owner of the house. people who work from home pay 200 extra, your here all the time, so you pay more. respect and courtesy is a must, no drunks-drugs. excellent opportunity for someone who wants a safe quiet regular place to live no drama, no BS. washer dryer, kitchen pots pans etc, non religious respectful but I don’t wanna deal with superstitions and rituals from a new guy with zeal… just saying im modern and don’t have time for hocus pocus. lucky for you, most of the chores are dealt with by me, but by all means, please keep clean and tidy. the is street parking, but dont just leave your car for days on the road, it will eventually get a ticket and thats your problem not mine. this is a EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR A LONG TERM RENTAL THAT IS CHEAP, HAS ON SITE MANAGEMENT AND IS ALL INCLUSIVE just follow the simple common sense rules and pay your rent on time, be respectful and you will have a very comfortable stay in my home.

there are 2 men, working and independent. one works nights, the other is me, the owner, i am a contractor. we are happy for the convenience of this arrangement, and with a 3erd roomie, we all save a lot of money. you will probably not even know when we are home.
