I am offering a bright bedroom, it is private and fully furnished (new full size bed, desk, chair, bed linen furnished, closet space), You can connect your laptop to the ethernet cable in your bedroom. You will have with your own private full bathroom. Free parking is available on the street.

I am sharing the condo. I have a TV in my bedroom so you can be as much as you want in the living room. The kitchen and the patio are spacious.

You can install a device/mini pc/console on the TV, one spot is available. There is also a TV in the bedroom. There is a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer in the condo.

The two bedrooms apartment is in New Westminster Uptown.

There is a Gym, amenities room in the building (ten meters from my condo). Bus stops close to the building. 20 mn walk to New Westminter Sky train station and save-on-food. Street parking is available. Room is $1350/month with all utilities included: water, heat, electricity, high speed internet (fiber optic), insurance. One cat is okay, if he is kind.

I am a franco- canadian professional 42 years old, quiet, friendly, easy going, who values privacy, cleanliness and maintaining a peaceful home. I am responsible, respectful and take good care of the place I live in. During my off time I enjoy video games and watching series when I am at home. I awake early in the morning, and leave the apartment at 5 AM, but I am very discret and have my own in-suite bathroom. I come back at 3 PM.
