2 rooms available on top floor, clean and quite neighbourhood, lots of close amenities, massive field/park across the street, bus routes super close, Reno’s will be happening in the basement, working on 3 more rooms and another bathroom, these will also be available to rent, kitchen is super up to date clean and very useful, clean rooms nice living room, rooms can be furnished or empty for your items,, the house is fully furnished, so only what fits in your rooms or can be labeled and stored in secured garage,NO pets please, mine (1 small cat and dog,both are very quite and sensitive to other pets, also my pets are getting old so no stress aloud for the pets they own the house! We just rent!,

So far it’s just me, I work a lot, have a lot of things on the go and am established with a few good jobs and a corporation. I’m looking to venture into renting out my rooms to tenants just starting out with minimal stuff is ideal,out of town workers that need a secure place to have home. Maybe this situation could suite your needs, no pets and or children, trying to find and start something stable and affordable, you, ( the new tenants) will be subject at minimum a month to month, max 6 month lease, this is set up for short term fast pace, goal orientated place to stay, we don’t party at home, that’s for somewhere else please, the house is clean serenity and peaceful and we keep it that way, I do have some part time work opportunities available outside of rent, so hopefully you can respect the fact we will be living with new friends and family and we hope you want to join our team,
