Private room and shared bathroom. (On occasion we have family visit and they would use the main bathroom, but other than that you would primarily be the only one using it.) It is fully furnished with a queen bed, desk, dresser and TV for streaming.

$750, includes all utilities and Internet. Damage deposit is $300.

Parking is on the street but there is lots available.

You will also have your own 4.5 cu mini fridge(pictures attached) as well as a separate pantry cupboard. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and appliances, you have use of all that as well so no need to bring your own as there is no room.

Looking for a roommate male or female, preferably between the age of 18-45. Will consider outside of this range for the right person. MUST have a job or be a student, no working from home or working nights.

We are a pretty quiet household. Currently it’s just me and my boyfriend and our dog. Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves so no partying or long term overnight guests.

The House is located in Terwillegar Towne, easy access to 23rd Ave, terwillegar drive and the Henday. Close to shopping in Windermere, only a 15 minute drive to the University area, and close to transit depot on 23rd Ave which has direct buses to the U of A.

Me and my boyfriend are both 35 and work Monday to Friday 9-5

We also have a dog, 4 year old Golden Retriever, she’s very friendly, so if you don’t like animals this is not the place for you. No other pets.
