Comes with a privacy cling film. When the sunrays hit the window pane, you will see reflective rainbow lights shimmering on the floor. The walls are freshly painted light peach. The room always looked like it is sunlit due to the paint reflecting light. If you love fairy lights, I do provide fairy lights for you to put around your bed and the walls. This room, the tenant is expected to be very careful and clean to avoid causing stain or damage to the white carpet. It is required that at the end of the tenancy you will clean the carpet professionally whether done by you or you hire a professional to do it. I am always looking for Vegan, vegetarian or anybody who don’t mind eating meat, seafood, eggs outside the house to be my tenant. Milk, honey and cheese is okay. I can help you do groceries and stock up all the vegan or vegetarian meats, vegan egg, yogurts, vegan butter etc for you.

ON THE HOUSE SPEACIAL for you There will be complimentary vegan meats gifted on the First week and the 3rd week in twice a month. So you never need to worry about missing meat. Basically I am looking for tenant who can observe

1. Harmlessness and compassion for animals ( therefore no meat. Seafood or eggs in the house. No killing)
2. No stealing but honest. Does not even steal a blade of grass or a dime that belong to the house. I believe stealing incur poverty. There’s a place for people after death who steal. 3.Absolutely strictly No alcohol,
3. Absolutely no drugs, no smoking, vaping inside and outside house property.
4. Clean. Careful. Responsible. Protect the white carpet. So you need to be careful to apply makeup in the washroom or cover the carpet in the area where you apply your makeup etc.
5. Shared area is scent free. Sorry ladies, no heavy perfume. Keep the scent all inside your room thank you. Any perfume or scent that is airborne and linger 24 hours that travel from top level to the bottom level of the house will be banned as toxic chemical. Natural herbal that is approved by EWG is allowed but must be contain in your own room. Please know some fragrance can cause disruption of endocrine disruption, infertility, vision loss, memmory loss and breathing problems etc. Please check https://www.ewg.org/ Do appreciate such a rule will benefit everybody who wants fresh oxygen to be inhaled and nourish the body, skin and brain.
6. This house is very strict when it comes to shared spaces. You have to adhere to rules of how to keep shared spaces clean and clutter free.

9.Security Camera is installed for extra safety measures. Very beautiful and safe neighborhood.

There’s outdoor parking and plug ins. Nice big tv w recliner couch to watch a super big screen of free international movies, animation and dramas. It is definitely better than Netflix. Example, whole series of Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Ghibli full series…etc…

Looking for tenant who actually appreciate the above. Also someone who is financially stable who can pay rent monthly. Exude stability. Not forgetful or careless when it comes to cleaning up your own mess and locking doors. No drama. Quiet, mature,responsible, have integrity, discipline and morals plus very clean in shared spaces. In this house all you have to do in shared spaces is clean up your mess in timely manner and take care of your things immediately and do not procastinate to do it later or next day. You will bring peace of mind and harmony to the house. This is the greatest contribution to the house.

1. Small room Lovely student. Currently your roomie is a very sweet and lovely young greek lady. She is very fun to talk to. In September, roomie will be also a very lovely lady ( half japanese half caucasian?) who attend university.
2. Midsize room Lovely Korean lady who is very nice and quiet. Both of your neighbors will be living opposite of your side. You have your own big private space. You won’t be sharing washroom because you have your own big private washroom.

I live in the basement. I renovated it into the theme of secret garden where there are gem gates and rose vines hanging around with lots of fairy lights that light up at night time. ( There are cameras in all my own rooms) so I do discourage any snooping around even if you do get curious. I am a very private individual. I usually am cooking, eating, watching movie or downstairs in the basement. I usually am an introvert. However if you want to follow me to events such as meditation, yoga, nature walk, window shopping, grocery shopping or movies. You are most certainly welcome to join me or my friends.
