The room is available for viewing and booking starting now. Utilities, Wi-Fi, high-speed internet, and much more are included as described below. Location between century park LRT and South common.

This is a very lovely room with a newly renovated, soft cream carpet. The washroom has also been newly renovated with marble-like finishes. The room features a spacious walk-in closet for plenty of storage. It comes with a new, beautiful princess canopy bed frame, a full-size mattress (purchased on April 11, 2024, for optimal spinal support), and a side table. Additionally, there is a privacy rainbow cling film on the window, which creates reflective rainbow lights on the carpet floor when the sun shines.

The walls are freshly painted in a light peach color, creating different peach hues throughout the day as the light changes. The room always appears sunlit due to the light-reflective paint. The color theme is baby peach and white. For those who love fairy lights, I provide fairy lights that you can put around your canopy bed and on the walls.

You will need to buy your own canopy curtains to decorate the bed frame, but the fairy lights look great on their own as well.

The door has a cat door, which you can keep open if you like sweet cat Ninja to visit, or lock if you prefer not to have any feline visitor.

I am looking for a tenant who does not mind eating meat, seafood, and eggs outside the house. Milk, honey, butter, and cheese are allowed. Essentially, no animal products that involve dead bodies are permitted in the house. I am vegan and cannot handle seeing animal corpses in the fridge. This includes eggs, as male chicks are often shredded alive in egg factories.

Outdoor security cameras are installed for extra safety measures. The neighborhood is very beautiful and safe, with a large lake and pond nearby. You can borrow my bike with a lock to explore the neighborhood or go shopping.

There is one dedicated outdoor parking space for you, with a parking permit and available plug-ins for your car during winter.

The living room features a movie theater setup with a large TV and recliner couch for watching a wide selection of free international movies, animations, and dramas in different languages. This includes whole series like Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Ghibli films, and Kung Fu Panda. At night, the living room is lit with fairy lights. You may book the whole living room or kitchen for yourself. Most of the time you will feel like nobody is home. The kitchen is fully equipped with a spacious, sparkling white quartz countertop for meal preparation. All kitchen utensils and appliances are provided, including cutlery, pots, pans, a pressure cooker, kettle, air fryer, microwave, toaster, oven, waffle maker, rice cooker, slow cooker, and mini grill. The refrigerator has an ice and filtered water function, ensuring you can always enjoy cold drinks and good quality water.

All washrooms are upgraded with shower heads offering ten spray modes, high-pressure six-foot hoses, and filtration systems. There are also two phone holders with sound enhancers and waterproof covers, allowing you to watch movies or listen to music while showering.

A brand new shoe closet is provided at both the front and back doors, with your own cubicle and shoe shelves.

Dryer and laundry facilities are available in the basement, and you have your own fridge, which you will share with another tenant. The owner has her own fridge. viewing and booking starting now.

Thank you for considering this residence. Here are some guidelines to ensure a harmonious living environment:

  1. Compassion for Animals: This household advocates harmlessness towards animals. Thus, we refrain from consuming meat, seafood, or eggs. The decision extends to eggs due to ethical concerns about the treatment of chicks in the egg industry. To explore the benefits of a plant-based diet, consider downloading the Daily Dozen app or watching Michael Greger’s “How Not to Die” on YouTube, sponsored by the Physician Committee.

  2. Honesty and Integrity: We seek an honest tenant who respects the property and belongings of others. Theft, regardless of scale, is not tolerated. We believe that dishonesty leads to consequences, including financial hardship. Spiritually it means the retribution of poverty in future lives or this current life.

  3. Alcohol and Drug free Policy: This household is alcohol-free to promote well-being. Avoiding alcohol contributes to liver health and overall vitality. Similarly, drug use, smoking, and vaping are strictly prohibited both inside and outside the premises. Clean air is essential for everyone’s health.

  4. Basic Responsibilities: Tenants are expected to maintain their rooms and shared spaces responsibly. Simple precautions, such as checking the weather before opening windows, ensure the safety and comfort of all occupants. I only ask that tenant will clean up after themselves. There are no other household duties because I never ask tenants to clean for me.

  5. Scent-Free Environment: since we have ladies who wear different smelling perfumes. In consideration of fellow residents, shared areas are kept free of strong fragrances. While personal fragrances are personal affairs allowed in individual rooms, we encourage moderation and prefer natural scents approved by the Environmental Working Group (EWG). Please know some fragrance can cause disruption of endocrine disruption, infertility, vision loss, memmory loss, insomnia (insomnia to roomates next door) and breathing problems. Any perfumed products such as soap, shampoo, body wash is tolerated as long it is not airborne and linger for more than 1 hour after usage. I posted an example of what is safe and acceptable in the 📸. Such as live clean baby brand lotion with lavender, jasmine and vanilla extracts and essential oils.

  6. Respect for Shared Spaces: Every resident plays a role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in shared areas. By prioritizing mental peace and consideration, we create a positive living experience for all.

  7. Financial Stability and Responsibility: We seek tenants who are financially stable and dependable. Monthly rent payments, cleanliness, and security are essential aspects of tenancy here. Drama-free, mature individuals with integrity are preferred.

In this house all you have to do in shared spaces is clean up your mess in timely manner and take care of your things immediately and do not procastinate to do it later or next day. However if you can’t wash your own dishes and cups because you are busy. Its ok. Just leave everything on the tray provided for you to come back later when you are free. There is a clutter zone and no clutter zone in the house. Everday the shared space in this house look like nobody used it eventhough we have 3 ladies using the kitchen now. So it is a lovely quality. The Small Room: Currently occupied by a delightful young Greek lady in her twenties, who is both friendly, sweet temperament and considerate. Working full-time keeps her busy, and she tends to return home late. I have not seen her cook or eat in the house. You’ll appreciate her quiet demeanor and cleanliness. Usually you will see her appear in the kitchen for filtered water. She does not cook or eat in the house.

In September, a new roommate will join taking over the small room, a charming half-Japanese, half-Caucasian university student with a minimalist and elegant style reminiscent of animation characters.

The Mid-sized Room: Inhabited by a lovely Korean lady who values beauty, peace and fitness. She spends most of her days out, especially on her days off, when she enjoys long hours of rest and gym sessions. Like her roommate, she maintains a quiet and respectful presence in the household. She always watch k drama or news in her own room. She loves coffee. So you will see her in the kitchen usually only in the morning eating her breakfast or lunch.

Your room will offer ample privacy, as you’ll have your own spacious and private washroom. Additionally, your neighbors will be situated opposite your room. I am always impressed by these ladies. Their shared washroom is so clean and immaculate. It is as if nobody used the washroom. I am very proud of them.
