There is also the very quiet orange female 🐈. My friend nicknamed her Pineapple bun because she is round shaped. She also is a very quiet and respectful cat. The only time you hear her being vocal is when it is time for food or she need help with something. You will see her perched looking out the window.

Midsize Room

She is a very lovely, sweet, polite, and quiet young Japanese lady. She is also extremely hardworking and holds a leadership position where she manages both people and the company. Because she works a lot and carries a great deal of responsibility, when she comes home, she really needs her personal quiet time.

She is a very private individual who values her personal space and enjoys having time to herself. She also needs her beauty sleep and truly appreciates having a peaceful, quiet, and comfortable home where she can relax, recharge, and recover after a long day at work.

She always has a very immaculate and polished appearance. She is exceptionally clean, tidy, organized, and well-groomed, and she takes great pride in maintaining herself and her surroundings. Her overall presence is very refined, neat, and put-together.

She also enjoys the convenience of being able to take an Uber or Lyft to her workplace for only about $3–$5, which makes her daily commute very easy and convenient.

She is truly one of my favorite and best tenants. She is respectful, responsible, hardworking, quiet, private, clean, and very considerate of the home and the people living in it. I am genuinely very happy to have her as a tenant.

Because she values peace and quiet so much, I am looking for a tenant to live next to her who would be a good lifestyle match for her. Ideally, this would be someone who is also very quiet, respectful, and considerate, and who values personal downtime and a peaceful home environment, especially after 9:00 p.m.

She works very hard and needs her evenings to relax, recharge, and get a good night’s sleep. Having someone next door who also appreciates quiet evenings, privacy, and consideration for others would help create a comfortable and harmonious home for both of them.

Masterbedroom She is a very lovely, warm, prayerful, and kind Lady. She loves making her coffee/tea every day and loves God, her son in Toronto, plants, and movies.

She is also very helpful around the house. She helps clean the house, sometimes even does my dishes, and helps me take care of my cat too. She is truly wonderful and is one of my favorite and best tenants.

She has expressed that she really enjoys how well-lit the house is, especially the beautiful lights that light up at night. She enjoys the quiet space, the nice washroom, and the comfortable atmosphere of the home. She loves walking around the house, open windows, sunshine and fresh air. She always share her food and very generous person. We go grocery shopping, nature walk or southcommon together by sharing uber lyft. Anybody are welcome to join us too when we plan an outing.

I am very grateful to have had such a wonderful, respectful, kind, and caring tenant. ❤️
