This is a peaceful plant-based household with vegan/vegetarian cooking only. We maintain a clean, mindful lifestyle — no smoking, drugs, or overnight male guests allowed. The home is ideal for someone who enjoys a quiet, respectful, and private environment. There is also a gentle sense of community — tea, movies, and occasional small respectful gatherings are welcome. ✨ Room Features • Beautiful sun-filled room with marble-look flooring • Morning and afternoon sunlight with rainbow reflections through window film • Warm, cozy, and easy-to-clean space • Spacious under-bed storage + closet space Furnished with: • Bed frame • 12-inch firm twin mattress • Desk with storage: Big, long desk ( not the desk in picture. Upgraded). with plenty of workspace, paired with a comfortable adjustable office chair in vegan leather imitation. • Chair • 🚿 Washroom Features (Upgraded) Shared with only one very clean tenant next door. If unoccupied, you may have the washroom fully to yourself. There is also the very quiet orange female 🐈. My friend nicknamed her Pineapple bun because she is round shaped. She also is a very quiet and respectful cat. The only time you hear her being vocal is when it is time for food or she need help with something. You will see her perched looking out the window.

Midsize Room She is a very lovely, sweet, polite, and quiet young Japanese lady. She is very hardworking and holds a leadership position where she manages people and the company. Therefore, when she comes home, she needs her personal quiet time. She works a lot and needs her beauty sleep. She loves having personal time and is a very private individual. She really appreciates having a peaceful and quiet home where she can relax and recharge after work. She expressed that she finds this house very quiet and peaceful. She also enjoys the convenience of being able to take an Uber or Lyft to her workplace for only about $3–$5. She is truly one of my favorite and best tenants. ❤️

Masterbedroom She is a very lovely, warm, prayerful, and kind lady. She loves making her coffee/tea every day and loves God, her son, plants, and movies.

She is also very helpful around the house. She helps clean the house, sometimes even does my dishes, and helps me take care of my cat too. She is truly wonderful and is one of my favorite and best tenants.

She has expressed that she really enjoys how well-lit the house is, especially the beautiful lights that light up at night. She enjoys the quiet space, the nice washroom, and the comfortable atmosphere of the home.

I am very grateful to have had such a wonderful, respectful, kind, and caring tenant. ❤️
