Very lovely room with marble looking floor. Newly renovated washroom (only sharing with 1 very clean tenant next door. If next door is not rented out, you will enjoy having the whole washroom all for yourself for the rest of the months). It is a very comfortable and lovely room with lots of underbed storage and closet space. Super warm and comes with rainbow cling film. When the sunrays hit the window pane, you will see reflective rainbow lights shimmering on the marble floors. Sunniest and warmest room always touched and blessed by the morning and afternoon sun. Come furnished with a bedframe, cute desk with storage and chair. It is nice, spacious, warm and cozy. Very easy to clean and sweep the floor. If you want carpet, carpet also is provided. Up to you if you want to move in more Furnitures. A very expensive twin size good quality mattress is provided for a good night sleep. 12 inch thick. Heavy firm mattress. I am looking for a tenant who does not mind eating meat, seafood, and eggs outside the house. Milk, honey, butter, and cheese are allowed. Essentially, no animal products that involve dead bodies are permitted in the house. I am vegan and cannot handle seeing animal corpses in the fridge. This includes eggs, as male chicks are often shredded alive in egg factories.
Outdoor security cameras are installed for extra safety measures. The neighborhood is very beautiful and safe, with a large lake and pond nearby. You can borrow my bike with a lock to explore the neighborhood or go shopping.
There is one dedicated outdoor parking space for you, with a parking permit and available plug-ins for your car during winter.
The living room features a movie theater setup with a large TV and recliner couch for watching a wide selection of free international movies, animations, and dramas in different languages. This includes whole series like Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Ghibli films, and Kung Fu Panda. At night, the living room is lit with fairy lights.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a spacious, sparkling white quartz countertop for meal preparation. All kitchen utensils and appliances are provided, including cutlery, pots, pans, a pressure cooker, kettle, air fryer, microwave, toaster, oven, waffle maker, rice cooker, slow cooker, and mini grill. The refrigerator has an ice and filtered water function, ensuring you can always enjoy cold drinks and good quality water.
All washrooms are upgraded with shower heads offering ten spray modes, high-pressure six-foot hoses, and filtration systems. There are also two phone holders with sound enhancers and waterproof covers, allowing you to watch movies or listen to music while showering.
A brand new shoe closet is provided at both the front and back doors, with your own cubicle and shoe shelves.
Dryer and laundry facilities are available in the basement, and you have your own fridge, which you will share with another tenant. The owner has her own fridge. viewing and booking starting now.

Thank you for considering this residence. Here are some guidelines to ensure a harmonious living environment:
Compassion for Animals: This household advocates harmlessness towards animals. Thus, we refrain from consuming meat, seafood, or eggs. The decision extends to eggs due to ethical concerns about the treatment of chicks in the egg industry. To explore the benefits of a plant-based diet, consider downloading the Daily Dozen app or watching Michael Greger’s “How Not to Die” on YouTube, sponsored by the Physician Committee.
Honesty and Integrity: We seek an honest tenant who respects the property and belongings of others. Theft, regardless of scale, is not tolerated. We believe that dishonesty leads to consequences, including financial hardship. Spiritually it means the retribution of poverty in future lives or this current life.
Alcohol and Drug free Policy: This household is alcohol-free to promote well-being. Avoiding alcohol contributes to liver health and overall vitality. Similarly, drug use, smoking, and vaping are strictly prohibited both inside and outside the premises. Clean air is essential for everyone’s health.
Basic Responsibilities: Tenants are expected to maintain their rooms and shared spaces responsibly. Simple precautions, such as checking the weather before opening windows, ensure the safety and comfort of all occupants. I only ask that tenant will clean up after themselves. There are no other household duties because I never ask tenants to clean for me.
Scent-Free Environment: since we have ladies who wear different smelling perfumes. In consideration of fellow residents, shared areas are kept free of strong fragrances. While personal fragrances are personal affairs allowed in individual rooms, we encourage moderation and prefer natural scents approved by the Environmental Working Group (EWG). Please know some fragrance can cause disruption of endocrine disruption, infertility, vision loss, memmory loss, insomnia (insomnia to roomates next door) and breathing problems. Any perfumed products such as soap, shampoo, body wash is tolerated as long it is not airborne and linger for more than 12 hours after usage. I posted an example of what is safe and acceptable in the 📸. Such as live clean baby brand lotion with lavender, jasmine and vanilla extracts and essential oils.
Respect for Shared Spaces: Every resident plays a role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in shared areas. By prioritizing mental peace and consideration, we create a positive living experience for all.
Financial Stability and Responsibility: We seek tenants who are financially stable and dependable. Monthly rent payments, cleanliness, and security are essential aspects of tenancy here. Drama-free, mature individuals with integrity are preferred.
In this house all you have to do in shared spaces is clean up your mess in timely manner and take care of your things immediately and do not procastinate to do it later or next day. However if you can’t wash your own dishes and cups because you are busy. Its ok. Just leave everything on the tray provided for you to come back later when you are free. There is a clutter zone and no clutter zone in the house. Everday the shared space in this house look like nobody used it eventhough we have 3 ladies using the kitchen now. So it is a lovely quality. The Small Room: A charming early twenties half-Philipino and half-Caucasian university student with a minimalist and elegant style reminiscent of animation, Korean model. She is always busy being studious and usually not home. She has a very sweet, quiet, gentle and elegant demeanor. You will see her once in a blue moon coming down to cook Ramen. She is very friendly, respectful, polite and easygoing. You will like her.
The Mid-sized Room: Currently occupied by a very calm and quiet University student from China. In her early twenties. She loves cooking mushroom, veges and tofu with chili sauce. She loves noodles too. She is very friendly, sweet temperament and considerate. You’ll appreciate her for being quiet, friendly, respectful, polite and easygoing. You will like her.
The Masterbedroom is currently occupied by a mature, early twenties, polite, very loving and sweet Mexican young lady. She is always helpful and help clean. She loves movies. A very family oriented person who is very close to her family and friends and you’ll see her talking with them over the phone. You will like her.
These 3 get along very well and sometimes go out together.
Additionally, your roomies will be situated opposite your room. I am always impressed by these ladies. Their shared washroom is so clean and immaculate. It is as if nobody used the washroom. I am very proud of them. If this living arrangement aligns with your preferences and lifestyle, we would be delighted to welcome you into our home. There is also the very quiet orange female 🐈. My friend nicknamed her Pineapple bun because she is round shaped. She also is a very quiet and respectful cat. The only time you hear her being vocal is when it is time for food or she need help with something. You will see her perched looking out the window. She loves ice cubes. So you can offer to give her.
