Very lovely room with marble looking floors. Newly renovated washroom ( only sharing with 1 very clean tenant if the small room is rented out. If not, you will enjoy having the whole washroom all for yourself for the rest of the months). Sunniest and warmest room always touched and blessed by the morning and afternoon sun. Rainbow privacy film is provided, it will reflect beautiful rainbow light colors around the whole room and floor.
It is nice, spacious, warm and cozy. Very easy to clean and sweep the floor. Bed mattress, bed frame is provided, a table and chair too. If you want carpet, carpet also is provided. Up to you if you want to move in more furnitures.

I am always looking for Vegan, vegetarian or anybody who don’t mind eating meat, seafood, eggs outside the house to be my tenant. Milk, honey and cheese is okay. I can help you do groceries and stock up all the vegan or vegetarian meats, egg, yogurts, butter etc for you and you can pay me back later.

Once on the 1st and 3rd week. There are complimentary vegan meats provided and put in the freezer. It is on the house. To be shared with other tenants. So nobody will miss having meat out of their diet. There will be a variety such as vegan fish, vegan chicken, vegan beef, vegan ham, vegan sausages, etc. It will be different every week.

Basically I am looking for tenant who can observe

1. Harmlessness and compassion for animals ( therefore no meat in the house. No killing)
2. No stealing but honest. Does not even steal a blade of grass or a dime that belong to the house. I believe stealing incur poverty. There’s a place for people after death who steal. Absolutely strictly No alcohol, no drugs, no smoking, vaping inside and outside house property. Shared area is scent free. Sorry ladies, no heavy perfume. Keep the scent all inside your room thank you. Any perfume or scent that is airborne and linger 24 hours that travel from top level to the bottom level of the house will be banned as toxic chemical. Natural herbal that is approved by EWG is allowed but must be contain in your own room. Please know some fragrance can cause disruption of endocrine disruption, infertility, vision loss, memmory loss and breathing problems etc. Please check https://www.ewg.org/ Do appreciate such a rule will benefit everybody who wants fresh oxygen to be inhaled and nourish the body, skin and brain.
3. Looking for tenant who actually appreciate the above. Also someone who is financially stable who can pay rent monthly. Exude stability. Not forgetful or careless when it comes to cleaning up your own mess and locking doors. No drama. Quiet, mature,responsible, have integrity, discipline and morals plus very clean in shared spaces. In this house all you have to do in shared spaces is clean up your mess in timely manner and take care of your things immediately and do not procastinate to do it later or next day. You will bring peace of mind and harmony to the house. This is the greatest contribution to the house.
   Security Camera is installed for extra safety measures. Very beautiful and safe neighborhood. There’s outdoor parking and plug ins. Nice big tv w recliner couch to watch a super big screen of free international movies, animation and dramas. It is definitely better than netflix. Example, whole series of Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Ghibli full series…etc…

Kitchen has everything. All kitchen utensils, cutleries, pots and pans. Pressure cooker, kettle, air fryer, microwave, toaster oven, waffle maker, rice cooker, slow cooker, mini grill etc.

All washrooms are equipped with upgrades such as shower head with 10 spray modes, high pressure, 6 ft hose and filtration system

2 phone holders with sound enhancer, waterproof protective cover where you can watch movies and listen to music when showering or doing your toilet business.

There is 2 parking spot available. You will be given a parking permit pass. There is a plug in charger. Dryer and Laundry is available. Shoe closet provided too. 1. Small room Lovely student. Currently your roomie is a very sweet and lovely young greek lady. She is very fun to talk to. In September, roomie will be also a very lovely lady ( half japanese half caucasian?) who attend university. Midsize room- Lovely korean lady who is very nice All the ladies right now are very quiet and private. Across is the masterbedroom lady who is also very quiet and always in the room.

I guess you can say we are all introverts.

I have a ten year old orange tabby cat. She is 10.5 years old. She is always lounging around. Super sweet temperament. If you are renting in September. Your confirmed next door roommate will be a very beautiful sweet lovely lady who is half japanese and half caucasian ( I think). It is best you find out in details yourself. She is a student going to university. You will be sharing washroom with her :)

I work full time and I stay in the basement. My basement is renovated into the theme like secret garden full of fairy lights, a colorful gem crystal looking like door, hanging roses, flowers and ivy vines surrounding the walls. My 3 rooms downstairs are equipped with Cameras. So I do discourage any snooping around out of curiosity. People who came visit always commented if I am a working artist. Yes I do have a very creative and artistic side. I love my hermit space. I also teach piano once a week 1 hour only. (30 dollars / hour if you are interested). I love watching movies and dramas. So you probably will see me sometimes snacking and watching tv. You are always welcome to join me to watch together. You also will see me when I am cooking in the kitchen. The rest of the time, I will be back in my lovely hermit garden cave downstairs. 😊
