About the room
I am subletting my master bedroom on the top floor fully furnished. July and August available only, move out September 1st.
The room is next to the 3 piece bathroom which is yours (except the house only has one shower and is shared) (the house has 4 bathrooms just one shower) everyone else showers during the day and it would be nice to find a roomie who will shower in the mornings or nights after 7pm!
The room has its own mini fridge, microwave, toaster and a fan. There are too large windows on both sides of the room which creates a nice flow of air to keep the temperature down.
Please note: the house is old. Not crackhouse old, but please don’t come expecting modern and marble!!
About the roomies
The house is quiet and chill, the neighbourhood is also quiet, peaceful! Me and my younger brother Evan take the smaller rooms on the upstairs level. 2 bathrooms on this level. Our roommate Kaito from Japan lives downstairs for a couple months, he is not home during the day. My mini eski mix Mischa, he is here always :)
