I’ve lived here for just about 3 years now. The only problem I’ve ever had was a leaky pipe behind the toilet that I heard dripping around 1am. My landlord was willing to come in the night to diagnose but I let him know towels would be find. He was here at 8am sharp to fix the issue after he helped me find the water shutoff(I knew about hot but couldn’t find general. He guided me through it on the phone without being here. Great dude.)

It has a large yard where I will have my dog, Cyrus, most of the time. We go on walks quite often as well(He’s a border collie mix so his energy is ridiculous). A garage which I think my ex roommate took the opener for but I can get a new one if you need. It has a manual button to open the garage but we never really used it.

There is a wahser and dryer. Bills usually come up to about 250 on top of the rent of 1750 (1700 total rent plus my 50 pet fee. You will only have to pay 850 and I will pay the 900 as the dog os my responsibility.

I’ve got a dog. I’m clean. I’m quiet. I keep to myself. I’ve been handling rent on my own for quite some time but would like to start saving a bit more money so a roommate would be nice. :)
