There are two rooms that will be available August 1st. In Mariday Park, there are two shared parking spots and a partially-fenced shared backyard. Laundry in-unit (not pay-per-use). Shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. The room is not furnished however the rest of the apartment is mostly furnished.

No TV unfortunately, but space to put a couch and a TV if desired.

Lots of sunlight for a below-ground unit, great for plants. Shed storage and indoor storage as well (shared, but mostly empty).

Hot water tank rental ($16/month), hot-water heated baseboards and gas are on top of rent to be split. Internet also available and to be split.

Two blocks from Red River Rd., which has a bus stop for the 3M/3J/3C. Very close to Carrick Park, Gron Morgan and Corpus Christie schools.

One room is larger for $725. The other is smaller for $650.

My current room mate, and his young son, will be moving out soon with his brother. There will be two rooms available, one smaller than the other.

I am 30 years old, non-binary, and a working professional. I have lived in this apartment for just over a year, and don’t have any plans to move in the foreseeable future. I don’t smoke (smoking is welcome outside). I am a pretty quiet person, and I am looking for someone who is (relatively) quiet as well. I don’t personally drink (so if you need a sober house, this is it!), and I do not party. I am looking for someone who would vibe with this well, someone who is more mature but students are welcome.

I have one 15-year old cat named Stella, very friendly and vocal. She gets along with other cats so long as they respect her bubble. Tolerates dogs.

I also have one 2 and-a-half year old dog named Bingo. VERY quiet and friendly, a bit shy with new people, loves cats and dogs. She does shed a bit. She is not crated and has the house to herself most days (besides the two other bedrooms).

I am pretty well open to any pets coming into this space provided they are introduced to mine in a slow fashion.

The apartment is in a four-plex, with a neighbour above and two neighbours beside. I get along well with most of the neighbourhood, it is pretty quiet and everyone is friendly. I am openly queer in this neighbourhood and everyone has been very kind and welcoming.
