About the room
Located right at Hingston / Sherbrooke.
Nice spacious, bright 4 1/2 apartment, quiet building, quiet neighbourhood. Lots of small shops, grocery stores, restaurants and parks steps away.
It’s about a 15 to 20min walk from the metro (Vendome) or a 5min bus ride (#105, frequent service), with stops just outside. The same bus takes 5 to 10min to get to Loyola campus, but you can also get there in 30 to 40min by foot. You’re right next to de Maisonneuve, which has segregated bike lanes that get you in and out of downtown inside 20 to 25min.
Heat and hot water included, but hydro and internet extra. We can figure out an internet package together. Laundry in the building. Keyless entry. If you need a place to park I can ask about it.
I have stuff to furnish the common spaces, but you’d have to supply the stuff for your bedroom.
The last picture is of the room itself. The rest are the common spaces. My room isn’t pictured, but it exists in addition to all of these.
About the roomies
I’m an ecology student at Concordia. I’ve got a friendly cat who hates other animals (so can’t accept others) but loves people. I like to read and occasionally watch movies or play video games.
Keeping common spaces clean and tidy is important to me. Having a couple friends over now and then is fine, but it’s not a place to have a party. I’m really sensitive to smoke, so I’d prefer a non-smoker.
I have LGBTQ+ friends who may visit occasionally. If you’re not ok with that, then this probably won’t be a good fit for you.
