• Rent amount is subject to change depending on how much utilities will be and also how many people move in, the rent amount listed is for the rent to be split 3 ways, if it’s between 4 people it will be lower, somewhere between $740 - S780 at max. -We’re looking to rent most of the unfurnished basement space out to either 1 person or a couple, this includes a living space, bedroom, bar area with a sink and mini fridge, as well as a currently shared bathroom. -The downstairs bathroom has the only functioning shower but there are 2.5 bathrooms total, we’re going to be looking into getting it fixed.
• There is fully furnished, shared kitchen space upstairs, a deck that you can access from there and also a living room upstairs too, if you would like pictures of those I am more than willing to share them!
• There is a garage as well if you happen to drive, neither of us do, but we do not expect any transportation from potential roommate/s should they move in.
• We have 3 cats, and unfortunately cannot have dogs, limiting the amount of extra cats to 2.
• I am allergic to cigarette smoke and also cannabis in general, we have no issues if you smoke but would prefer it be done outside.
