Looking for someone respectful, tidy, and easygoing (preferably female) to share a bright and sunny 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Riverdale. You’ll have your own 1 bedroom and private bathroom. The living room and kitchen are shared and fully furnished. Close to grocery stores, coffee shops, and easy access to streetcars and public transit. Building Amenities has a gym and co-working space. $1300 per month + utilities included. Parking is available but is extra $100/month

Friendly & clean person looking for someone to share this bright space with. I work long shift work (2 days, 2 nights, then a few days off), so I’m usually not home a ton. When I am, I like to keep things low-key and like to go out for walks, checking out new bars or cafes, or getting into some hands-on crafts.

I do occasionally have friends over (always with a heads-up), but I really value a peaceful and comfortable home. Ideally, I’m looking for a roommate I can be friendly with, maybe share a drink or chat after work, but who also respects the need for alone time to decompress (and I’ll do the same for you!).
