The property is located in a nice quiet neighbourhood. It is a two story townhouse with a finished basement. There are three bedrooms upstairs with one shared bathroom. There is a half bath on the main floor and another three piece bathroom in the basement. The unit will be furnished and fully equipped, but you must furnish your bedroom and provide your own food and other personal supplies.

Our son will be living in the unit. There is also another boy from our hometown living there. They will both be attending university in the fall. They both worked as lifeguards. They are very quiet and respectful guys.
