I am an independent person, calm and of good company. I work full time, some days telecommuting to the apartment. I’m looking for someone around 30 to share the place and some good evenings talks, shared food and activities like boardgames or biking if wanted. I’m flexible and want to create a colocation that would fit both needs and respect private space.

Importantly, the owners live in the unit just below. I have an excellent contact with them and would like to keep it. The cleanliness of the accommodation is also something important.

Je suis quelqu’un d’indépendant, calme et de bonne compagnie. Je travaille à temps plein, certains jours en télétravail à l’appartement. J’aime bien partager des soirées jeux de société, randonnées à vélo et marches du samedi matin avec café au jardin botanique.

Fait important, les propriétaires habitent le logement juste au-dessous. J’ai un excellent contact avec eux et je tiens à le garder. La propreté du logement est non-négociable.
