Kitsilano: Unfurnished, spacious room in great location on Broadway!
Main bus stops (14, 99, 7) less than a block from door. 12min bus to UBC, 20min bus to DT, 20minute walk to Jericho Beach. Extremely walkable and clean neighborhood.
Big windows. In-suite laundry. Shared 3 piece bathroom. Patio area. Decent amount of storage inside and storage units available for rent within complex. Street parking is plentiful.
Vibe of apartment will be chill, you can have friends over and keep whatever hours you please. The bedroom comfortably fits a desk and queen size bedroom set, great for working from home.
Ideally looking for someone willing to stay for 6mo - a year, but lease is flexible. Room is available July 1. 1/2 months rent ($710) required as damage deposit. Roommates willing (when schedules align) to look after my cat are awarded bonus points!
About the roomies
Will be shared with one UBC Masters student/working professional and a cat. You will have the apartment to yourself most of the summer until September, as I’ll be up north for geology field season.
