(UPDATE!!) I have decided to rent my un-furnished, SPARE bedroom out instead of renting my own personal room out. The room in the photo is my bedroom and I do not have a photo of the spare bedroom at this moment. It is about the size of the room in the photo. Its also painted in a peaceful off-white with a feature wall in a ‘terracotta’/clay kind of colour, with board and batten style paneling!

The room is not currently furnished aside from a large, ikea, white pine, 6 drawer dresser, and a closet. It just needs a bed and nightstand to be ready to move into. I am open to the renter bringing their own basic pieces of furniture, but I am also open to furnishing it myself….Its just I do not have the extra cash to purchase these items atm. So the room will not be available for another week or 2 or more.

My home is filled with interesting items and plants and art. Its very zen. The property has a front porch to sit outside in the sun, as well as a big back area with a picnic table and tables and chairs (not in the best of shape)… for the most part the neighbors are polite :) but some can be quite nosey so just don’t mind them lol…There is parking out back of the building for an additional $25/month.

The location is absolutely perfect!! No frills is a 5 minute walk down the road and walmart is a 10 minute walk UP the road. We are right on the major bus route and can get to the Burlington Go station in minutes. And beautiful downtown Burlington and Spencer Smith Park is just under a 20 minute walk away ❤️

Also open to week-week renting, weekly rent is $175 with a deposit of $175 as well. :)

It’s just me here :) I am very friendly, love to chat and listen. I also love my time to myself when I can just write, or craft or do some yoga, etc… I am very easy to get along with and quite laid back 😌
