Nice spacious, bright 4 1/2 apartment. Quiet building, quiet neighbourhood. Lots of small shops, grocery stores, restaurants and parks steps away, including Monkland village about 5-10min away.

Near Metro Station Vendome: 5 to 10min bus (105) or a 20min walk. Near Loyola campus: also 5 to 10min bus (105) or 30 to 40min walk. Amazing access to downtown by bike: 20min on de Maisonneuve (with safe, separated bike lanes)

I’m able to furnish the common spaces (including a couch and TV, along with a bunch of other stuff), but you’d have to supply the stuff for your bedroom. Although, like I said above, I might get a new mattress, and I have a spare desk too, so we might be able to arrange something.

I’m an ecology student at Concordia. I’ve got a friendly cat who hates other animals (so can’t accept others) but is very affectionate and respectful with people. I like to read and occasionally watch movies or play video games. Happy to share a meal or watch something new or interesting!

Keeping common spaces clean and tidy is important to me. Having a couple friends over now and then is fine, but it’s not a place to have parties. I’m really sensitive to smoke, so I’d prefer a non-smoker. I have LGBTQ+ friends who may visit occasionally. If you’re not ok with that, then this probably won’t be a good fit for you.
