Private bedroom with a shared bathroom for sublease in NW-central neighbourhood of Houndsfield Heights/Briar Hill. The location is a 5 minute walk from SAIT and the ctrain (20 min ride to U of C). It’s also 10 minutes to downtown, and very close to the grocery store. This is a mainfloor unit of a house, with one bathroom and two bedrooms (one of which could be yours!). We have shared laundry with the downstairs unit. You’ll have your own outdoor parking spot, and the option of splitting wifi with the other tenants in the house. We will share all the common spaces, including the kitchen, bathroom and sunny dining room/living room. Your room is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished. You’ll have space in the bathroom to store your things, and your room has a closet as well. You’ll also have the hall closet for more storage, and if you have a bike we can keep it in the garage. We also have a large backyard and patio! Although we love pets, our master lease prevents us from having any on the property. Additionally, the master lease prohibits the use or growing of marijuana on the property.

Hi, we’re Adam (29) and Grace (24)! We’ve been together for almost 4 years and we’ve enjoyed having a roommate sublet our space for the last 3 years. Now that she is moving out, it’s time to find someone else who would work well in the space. We both work in healthcare and enjoy being social but not party animals. We love travelling, cooking, gardening, and the outdoors. Our ideal roomie would be someone who has stable work, and is looking to build a friendship with their roommates! This person should also be okay with having us work shift work (irregular hours, coming home late etc).
