Rent is $1,600 (including all utilities/wifi); minimum 2 month sublet with option to extend timeframe (and potential lease takeover). The bedroom comes with a queen bed, mattress, sheets, dresser, mirror, desk, and office chair.

The apartment is spacious (~950 sq ft) with a large north-facing balcony and has lots of natural light. The unit is on the 8th floor, creating some separation from street noise. You’ll be within walking distance of the subway (3 min walk to Wellesley station), grocery stores (5 min), hospital row (15 min), and universities (15 min to UofT, 10 min to TMU)

I’m a researcher in my early 30s and I’ve been living in Toronto for 8 years. I work from home most days of the week (in my bedroom) but in my free time, I enjoy trying new food/restaurants, playing video games, and visiting friends. I am often out of town with my fiancé for a few weeks at a time, and occasionally she’s here for short periods (you’ll have the place to yourself frequently). I am clean, quiet, and respectful and am hoping to find a like-minded roommate.
