About the room
The condo’s floor plan has the bedrooms on opposite sides of the living room/kitchen so you would have your own space. You would have your own full sized bathroom right across the hall as well. The building is very quiet and the walls/windows have great sound proofing. Fibre Internet and Utilities included in the rent. I have AC that will be back up and running shortly, all the balconies are being redone so I had to have it temporarily removed.
About the roomies
Just me and my two cats. They are quiet and don’t need access to your areas. I have a flexible work schedule but I usually go in from 8:00-4:30 on weekdays.
As long as the kitchen is kept clean (there is a dishwasher) I’m happy. I am allergic to gluten so any effort to prevent poisoning me is appreciated.
