Room available for rent in apartment on the third floor of a town house in the Annex. Located on Madison Avenue near Dupont and Spadina. 2 minute walk to the subway and only a 20 minute walk to the University of Toronto. Available immediately!
Large room with West facing window, closet, and private ensuite washroom also connected to main unit. Furnished kitchen and living room, shared with one other housemate (me). Rooms are quite separate so we’re really only sharing the kitchen and living room, and you very much have your own space.
Rent is $1426 per month plus gas and hydro. No parking available. In-unit laundry included. You will be added to existing month to month lease, with last month’s rent and key deposits required.
About the roomies
You’ll be living with one other housemate (me). I’m a 33 year old male, working as a mechanical engineer, who just finished grad studies at UofT. I’m quiet and relaxed in the house, but like to socialize and have fun with housemates as well. I’m out at work every day during the week, and out most weeknights at Taekwondo or riding my bike. In my spare time I’m usually reading, playing video games, or out with friends.
