Join a queer/trans friendly and covid-cautious house! One of our long term roommates is moving out of the country and we are looking for a replacement. Pets negotiable, but no more cats. Selected candidates will have to submit a full rental application with the landlord. We are also able to provide a testimonial from the roommate who is leaving .

The room is on the downstairs split-level in a rancher-style house. The room is halfway below ground. It has a medium size, south-facing window that overlooks a flowerbed and lets in a good amount of light. It has a built-in desk/workspace with plenty of shelves. It only has a half closet but there is space for a dresser as well! It is directly across from a bathroom (of two in the house) with a shower. Some furniture included, 2 year old bed + mattress for sale. We have a nice garden.

First and last month’s rent, a guarantor, proof of employment or student status, and credit check required by the landlord.
