It’s a main floor of a house situated across the street from the massive Nosehill park. There’s quite a few amenities within walking distance or a short drive. Unfortunately there’s no ctrain nearby. Your room is 9 x 9 which fits a queen bed and a small desk. There’s not much storage room in the house but I can accommodate some space in the garage. This property is ideal for someone who doesn’t have a ton of possessions. The living room, kitchen and dining room are a decent size! We won’t bumping into each other. There’s also a deck in the back yard and soon to be firepit. Hope you enjoy flowers and a vegetable garden! The room is available short term or long term.

I’m in my mid 40’s and have two respectful teenage boys aged 13&14 who live with me two weeks out of the month. We’re fairly social but won’t talk your ear off either. We like to keep things reasonably clean and share meals from time to time.
