It’s a main floor of a house situated across the street from the massive Nosehill park. There’s quite a few amenities within walking distance or a short drive. Unfortunately the ctrain is bus ride away. Your room is 9 x 9 which fits a queen bed and a small desk. There’s not much storage room in the house but I can accommodate some space in the garage. This property is ideal for someone who doesn’t have a ton of possessions. The living room, kitchen and dining room are a decent size! We won’t be bumping into each other. There’s also a deck in the back yard with a BBQ and firepit. Hope you enjoy flowers and a vegetable garden! The room is available short term or long term and will only ask for a small deposit if you decide to stay upwards of 12 months.

I’m in my mid 40’s and have two respectful teenage boys aged 13&15 who live with me two weeks out of the month. Week on,Week off. We’re fairly social but won’t talk your ear off either. We like to keep things clean & tidy around here. Also if you’re interested in sharing meals from time to time that would be great but no pressure.
