ONLY JANUARY 2026 The townhouse is located just 200 meters from bus stop. And 2 blocks from Trans Canada Hwy. crossing the street there is a park. And the supermarket is 2 blocks away. Downtown is 10 minutes away driving and 15 min by bus. Our house has 3 bedrooms and 3 washrooms, in 3 floors, the main floor is the kitchen, half washroom and living room. In the second floor, Alex’s bedroom, your bedroom and one washroom with bathtub (shared with Alex only). In the third floor is Santiago’s and Sebastian’s bedroom and washroom. We have a patio in rooftop. The bedroom includes queen bed, nightstand, closet, under the bed you can store your stuff. It includes sheets, mattress pads, pillows, bed cover, desk and chair. We are in charge of to buy supplies for house and also shampoo, conditioner and soap (regular), except laundry detergent. We have laundry room inside the house. Air conditioner and heating. Is very quiet as well because it has thermo glasses in windows. Feel free to text me if you have any questions.

We are a couple Sebastian and I (Santiago) from Chile, we are 35, we are working in a hotel and studying English. We have 2 small dogs very friendly and quiet. Also we living with our rommie Alex, he’s from Moldova and he is 28 years old. Everyone are very friendly, quiet and clean.
