A great area close to a few grocery stores, the Kichi Zibi parkway and Mud Lake and a 10 minute bike ride to Britannia Beach, as well as Lincoln Fields if you bus. It’s a great central location as well as near the soon to be finished LRT station. Laundry is in building, and there’s a dishwasher in the unit. Internet is $34.36 per person, and hydro is on average $31.50 per person. Outdoor parking is included in the price but can be removed. Deposit will also be due.
