About the room
It’s a new building, right next to Coquitlam Centre, with a 7min walk to the millennium line. It’s on the 26th floor, and is a corner unit with great views of the mountains and balcony (867 sq ft + 96 sq ft balcony). Overlooks Glen Park, with walking distance to multiple malls, parks and City Centre Aquatic Complex.
The building has a gym, pool, fitness studio, yoga studio, BBQ area, sauna, steam room, media room, and a common lounge. Water and gas included in rent, wifi/electricity will be additional.
About the roomies
Hi! My name is Katy. I recently finished my Masters Degree in Political Science at SFU. I currently work for the city of Coquitlam as a Lifeguard and swim instructor. I’m taking the summer to apply for more permanent degree-related work. In my spare time, I like to do yoga, read, do puzzles, hike, and swim. I’m outgoing and would love to share the occasion coffee or meal, but also value time alone to rest and recharge.
