Hi my name is Lindsey! 😊 Im a friendly, very clean & responsible 27 year old paramedic looking to split rent on a 3 bedroom 1 bath mainfloor house. I am looking for a female working professional or student to rent a large private room for 900$ all included. (Besides wifi which we would split). We would share the place together & each add our own touch to make it cozy. Preference to someone who is also female, very clean, respectful & responsible. I have a small sweet cat named Lola, sadly no other pets will be permitted.
