I have a fully furnished room in a 2 bedrooms apartment that is available June 1.

$500 damage deposit payable on approval and $1300 when you first move in. Cost: $1300 monthly. (No first and last) Utilities and internet are included in the cost. You will get the security deposit back if everything is well maintained on your last day stay.
