My roommate is moving out, and I’m looking for a new person to share this lovely condo with. When you move in, everything in the common area is fully furnished (except for the couch and coffee table). Your room, which is featured in the photos, is one of two with a large window that lets in plenty of sunlight. Please note that this room will be unfurnished.

MOVE IN DATE: August 1, flexible to July 1.

PRICE: $1450 (including all utilities, wifi, and Crave.)

Location: Downtown

Waking distance to 501, 505, and 506 streetcars and to Dundas and College subway stations.

RENTAL TERMS: re-assigning lease until October 31, then renew month to month. You will take over the former tenant’s room.

RENT CONTROL: Rent increases for this unit are capped at the annual provincial guideline because this unit was lived in before November 15, 2018.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Proof of income, first and last rent, credit check.

About me: I’m a positive, cheerful, and laid-back person. I work in a hybrid environment. During the weekdays, I try to stick to my routine—working out, meal prepping, going to bed early, and keeping the apartment quiet after 10 PM. On weekends, I enjoy going out and sometimes hosting friends for pre-games, board game nights, dinner, or just to yap.

I’m looking for a roommate who has similar values. I also understand that everyone is different, and I’m not great at reading minds or jumping to conclusions.
