Available july 1. Also have a smaller room upstairs available for $800. Dog friendly with half months rent for pet security deposit. Deposit for room $500. Wifi laundry included. Parking available in the back of the house(gated).

My wife and i live in the master bedroom with ensuite washroom in the house while my brother and my mom and another female tenant occupy the other rooms. The bathroom will be shared with only 3 people. Our current tenant have been with us for 3 years and we have built a family environment within the household. We ask for people who are respectful and clean around the house to rent the room.
