The apartment is located in downtown Halifax, near the waterfront & several bus routes, only a ~20 min walk from campus. The apartment itself is quite spacious and is kept very clean; it has a washer/dryer unit, a television, a well put together kitchen, lots of closet/cupboard space. Two students currently living here, both male. We’re fairly laidback & studious, stick to regular hours, and would love to find someone who appreciates a quiet and tidy living space as much as we do. Looking for a roommate from Sept. to May (potentially onwards).
