The house is in Little Italy. My flatmate is moving to BC for his master’s, so we’re getting an empty spot at our place. It’s conveniently situated between the College W and Dundas W streetcars, just a 10-minute walk to the Christie Pits subway station, a 5-minute walk to Trinity Bellwoods Park, and a 10-minute walk to Ossington Street. The house is a charming Victorian with plenty of natural sunlight.

It features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, but please note that the second bathroom is an en suite that belongs to my other flatmate. The person moving into this room will share the other bathroom with me. All utilities included except Wifi. This unit is 2-storey (the second floor is the 3rd bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and on the main floor there are 2 beds, 1 bath, kitchen, and living room). It’s central heating/AC with in-unit laundry. There’s a Green P parking spot back of the house, or street parking with a city permit is available.

Additionally, it’s close to the University of Toronto (St. George campus) — about a 25-minute walk, or 15 minutes by College streetcar, and just 10 minutes by bike. I’m MJ, a 28-year-old currently working on my startup while also taking on analytics and finance-related positions. I love regular or American football, hockey, and baseball. I enjoy going out, especially to techno music events. I row, hitchhike to the East Coast, camp on the cliffs, and travel wherever seems fun. My other flatmate is in his mid-20s and works as a designer in a related field. He has a cat named Gus, he’s a cool, quiet dude as well.
