Lovely upper level apartment with a beautiful full kitchen, dining room, living space and 3 large bedrooms. The property has a shared laundry unit (free to use), in the mutual space with the other tenants. Room would comfortably fit a double bed and desk, as well as we will have shared storage in other rooms. Only pay internet.

We are both first year students at Algonquin and Uottawa, we both plan to have part-time jobs and be at school full time. So at home we would love to just have a relaxing space. We both have very stable incomes currently and are already sitting on multiple months of living. We are hoping to find someone who enjoys a calm and comfortable environment but is also open to having fun!
