About the room
We’re renting the basement apartment of our two-story, 5-bedroom home. The house is bigger than we need, so we decided to open up the lower level for someone who’s looking for a quiet, furnished space to live.
The basement includes a queen-sized bed, private full bathroom, smart TV, a small living area, a dining table, and a desk for working or studying.
You’ll have access to the laundry area, shared kitchen, backyard, and driveway parking. Rent includes utilities and high-speed internet.
We’re looking for a responsible tenant with a stable income—ideally a student or young professional—who’s looking for calm, cozy living.
About the roomies
We’re a married couple in our 30s who both work remotely in marketing and media. We live on the upper floor with our cats, who mostly stay upstairs and won’t be part of your space.
We keep things low-key during the week. Right now we also share the upstairs with a summer roommate who’s easygoing and independent.
We’re hoping to find someone kind, clean, and who values mutual respect and a peaceful home environment.
