We’re renting out the largest unfurnished room in our home, located in Mount Pleasant—a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. It’s just a short walk to Confederation Park, close to SAIT, and offers quick and easy access to downtown.

The house sits on a double lot with a lovely backyard and plenty of space for parking. You’ll be sharing a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and bathroom. There’s also an unfurnished basement that’s perfect for extra storage.

We are both 20 years old originally from B.C and love getting out to the mountains when we can. We are currently both students here in Calgary, meaning we tend to be on the go, which helps keep the shared living environment quiet and respectful. We’re looking for someone—preferably a young female— with similar living habits. The neighbourhood is mostly made up of older families, and we’ve built a great relationship with our neighbours, so we do our best to be respectful while still being social and having guests.
