I can sell the furniture to you as well, just let me know what you’d like to keep! The ideal move-in date would be July 1st (flexible), and we are looking for someone who can stay long-term! My roommate has been living here for over a year already, and the building is quiet, well-kept, and has lots of space for storage and available parking. The room you would be taking will be left unfurnished for you if you’re bringing anything, but the rest of the space is furnished! The rental is $1500 each, with an additional $35 per month for utilities.

We’re located right off of Granville, right next to several grocery stores, restaurants, cafes and bus stops that go directly to UBC and downtown. Let me know if interested, and we can organize a viewing!
