This is a very cozy, comfortable, quiet, secluded property nestled within the country while still being right in the city. Walking distance to bus routes, plaza, uptown, etc.

My name is Jeff. I’ll be the only roomie. Im 40 years old, I smoke out, I work full time and like to just chill and watch TV/ play video games during my downtime. Looking for a mature, clean, adult who also just wants to live life, share a space and have some good times along the way.

I’m very easy to get along with and don’t mind cleaning so the place is kept nice and clean.

Rent includes heat/ lights and use of the whole apartment (minus my room). Currently there is no internet but i’m definitely open to getting it and sharing that expense.
