Condo located in a peaceful neighborhood, perfect for students or young professionals. The bedroom isn’t furnished but I can add a bed if need be without any additional charge. The unit offers lots of natural light throughout the day which I really enjoy.

The condo is just a 2-minute walk from a bus stop, and right next to a scenic bike path great for commuting or enjoying the outdoors. The building is quiet and secure. You’ll also have access to a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all utilities are included.

I’m 26 years old and own my own business. I work on my laptop and I’m home most of the time except for Sundays normally. I like to keep the condo clean and peaceful. I enjoy working out, meal prep, relaxing at home, and having occasional friends over nothing loud or wild as I’m not the party type. Looking for someone responsible, clean, and easy to get along with.
