The Danforth is a lively area with a strong neighbourhood feel, close to East Lynn Park, which has weekend markets! A short bus ride to Ashbridges Beach. ValuMart, Dollarama, and Shoppers are all within a close walking distance.

A couple shares the master bedroom, which is on the opposite side of the living room—a clean, active couple with a two-year-old Goldendoodle and a friendly cat. So if animals aren’t your thing, this isn’t the space for you. We are active cookers and keep the house clean and organized, with Sunday being our reset day. We are a 8 am-10 pm people, if that gives you an idea of our lifestyle.

This bedroom is bright, off the kitchen, and close to the back main entrance.

There is a third small bedroom that is currently being used for selling stuff as we prepare to move back out west.

There could be an opportunity to stay at the property and take over our lease, but more on that later.
