Anna's room

The apartment is a 5 1/2 located on the second floor of a duplex, rent doesn’t including hydro and internet. There is a washer and dryer in unit, balconies in the front and back, and a cozy living room. The room is unfurnished, although the roommate who is moving out is open to selling her bed and furniture. We’re open to adding decoration to the rest of the apartment if you have art or pieces of furniture you want to bring! Located next to a park and biking path, the apartment is a 10 minute walk to LaSalle or De l’Eglise metros, 15 minute walk to Verdun Beach, and 5 minute walk to rue Wellington.

Hello! We are two young professionals in our late 20s.

You would be living with:

-Max, who is into music, gaming, and photography

-Anna, who likes reading, sewing, and picking up new hobbies

-Two friendly cats!

We are looking for someone who enjoys a calm-ish environment, doesn’t mind cats, and is respectful. We can both be quiet at times, but enjoy sharing new recipes, gaming together, or just chatting on the balcony. We’d love to hear more about you! Move in date would be December or January 1st.
