A room in Kits in a two-bedroom house unit. Unfurnished so feel free to bring your personal touch.
Lush neighbourhood, the beach is close. Huge windows-doors in the living room. Several minutes walk to either 99, 16 or 33 bus. Gym, groceries, cafes are 5 min away. I basically just moved myself so common area is also not fully furnished, doing step by step. Laundry is in the house, shared with 2 neighbours upstairs.
1090, utilities and internet included. Should be no problem with pets. Availability - negotiable.
About the roomies
Common areas will be shared with only one person - I am 33 male, professional, calm and respectful, and am looking for someone with similar demeanour, not much into noise or big parties. I am working from home occasionally.
