It comes with a bed frame and mattress, picking those up in a couple weeks.
It DOES NOT come with the couch and office table in the pictures, I’m just using the pictures I got from the listing as you can tell with the watermark.
It does have a closet, but you can see that when you come by to see it (the pillar hides it in the last picture). Laundry is downstairs and separated by a door.
