The room being offered is exceptionally large, comes with its own private bathroom, and has a view overlooking the street.
About the roomies
Cleanliness is very important, and everyone is expected to take part in keeping the house clean. Guests are welcome, but only in the tenant’s private room.
We prefer a female roommate under the age of 35. Priority will be given to those of Arab or European nationality, followed by Asian.
The ideal roommate is open-minded, respectful of differences, and also honest and direct if something bothers her — communication is key to maintaining a comfortable shared space.
We’re looking for someone friendly, responsible, and easygoing to maintain a peaceful and positive atmosphere in the house.
