4 minute walk to bus routes 15, 26 and 46, easy access to Downtown, Uptown and Uvic Many amenities are within walking distance, including the Esquimalt plaza, rec center, Saxe point. I do my best to keep a nice garden, so I’m happy to have people who like to relax out on the patio and enjoy the my plants. I do have a cat, who is quite friendly, but I will warn can be a bit of a nuisance when he wants attention.

Hi, My names Kai I’m a 23 year old horticulturalist. I love the outdoors and gardening, and I’m always up for a conversation about plants. I work during the day as a horticulturalist, so I like the home to be a relaxed and comfortable space to unwind. I’m not a partier, but I do enjoy having a few friends over now and then for dinner or a coffee. I do my best to keep things clean and respectful in shared spaces, and I really value open, friendly communication with whoever I’m living with.
