About the room
The building is located right downtown on 8 Ave and 8 street SW, it is currently still under Reno’s but you can still come and view it. I’m gonna be moving into the apartment end of June, it’ll be available for you to move in first or second week of July. Living room, Kitchen, Bathroom will be furnished. You’ll have your own room and there’s lots of storage in the Unit.
I’m renting the other bedroom out for $1000 All included. water, heat, electricity, internet, streaming etc.
Parking is not included unfortunately but it’s only $115/month.
The building has amazing amenities. It has a roottop patio and party room, a theatre, a fully equipped gym and TV tees a convenience store as well.
The spare bedroom won’t be furnished, if you really want it furnished we can discuss that.
This is a 12 month lease. I’m open to month to month or a shorter lease term, we can discuss that as well.

About the roomies
I’m 22 and I’m an easygoing person, I have a small dog so you’ll have to be okay with dogs and I love to have fun and go out. I love doing little activities, and I’m into fitness, hiking, being outdoors etc.
I’m pretty new to Calgary from Edmonton so hoping to make friends along the way.
