1 bedroom available in a cozy 4 bedroom house, 10 minute drive away from UBC, very close to dispensary, grocery store, takeouts/restaurants, pharmacies, a wonderful yoga and pilates studio, and a 5 minute walk to several bus stops including the 14 and 99 buses. Your potential roommates spend a lot of time chilling 🍃 on the front steps or in the backyard as this neighbourhood is quiet and full of sun. Lots of movie lovers in this house so several movie nights. Looking for a friendly and kind person to live here who may want to take part in some of the house activities! Cozy yourself up on our wonderful couch with a book if you fancy it, relax in the sun in the huge backyard filled with flowers, or walk a couple of blocks to pacific spirit park for a beautiful stroll.
We are looking for a woman identifying person who would be living with 2 girls and 2 guys (but don’t worry, the men are super nice and never intimidating!), everyone is in their early twenties, so we’re looking for someone who is near the same age. You would also be living with a beautiful and friendly tuxedo cat and two lady cats. Most are working but one is still in school at UBC and Chevy (the cat) lounges around on the couch.

The bedroom available is $1050, bills included. Comes with a single bed, a huge shelf to store your things, a built-in wardrobe, and the option to buy the desk and chair from its current tenant. As a basement room it also has a door leading to the backyard that comes with its own key. But the ceiling in this room is only about 5’9“ high so tall people beware! Move-in date is now at the earliest and August at the latest (you can move in any day in August but will still need to pay the whole month’s rent).

The house is a month-by-month lease, and comes furnished including most of the kitchenware being shared, unless you want to bring your own. Other amenities include a washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher, unlimited wifi, bills included, and free street parking.
