Ideal for a student seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Montreal! I am renting out the master bedroom from January 15th to June 30th 2026. My current roommate is leaving on November 30th so I can arrange showings after that date.

My Condo:

• Located on the 5th floor with elevator access. • 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, spacious living area and kitchen. • Bright and sunny with a balcony overlooking a small park and trees. • Prime location between downtown and Griffintown. • Excellent Commute: ◦ 7-minute walk to Lucien-L’Allier metro station. ◦ 6-minute walk to École de technologie supérieure (ETS). ◦ 3-minute walk to Centre Bell and the underground city. ◦ 25-minute walk to McGill Univerity. • Some amenities: Supermarket, pharmacy, and a convenience store just around the corner. • Bixi bike rental station on the same corner. • Central A/C. • Safe building with friendly neighbours. • Air filter units as well as central ventilation.

Your Room & Shared Space:

• Your room is the master bedroom (5m x 3.5m) with a locking door. • Furnished with a queen bed, bedding, night table, desk, chair, lamps, bookshelves, closet, dresser, and a full length mirror. (The bookshelves will be cleared for your use, and you can chose to have the existing art on the walls removed). • Windows with curtains, blackout, and mosquito screen. • Shared bathroom (I will provide towels and storage space). • Fully equipped shared kitchen. • Shared laundry room (washer, dryer, iron, and drying rack). • Shared balcony with two teak chairs and a barbecue.

You would be sharing the apartment with me: I am a fairly laid back 32 year old woman working from home (in my own room). I value a peaceful and relaxing home environment, ideal for anyone trying to study. I speak English, French, and Spanish and on my free time I enjoy embroidering, reading, and watching movies.

Although smoking is allowed inside the apartment, unless anyone living here is alright with that I stick to smoking outside on the balcony.
